Two things are true about me that you need to know- one, I want to make every one of my couple’s dreams come true, and two, I quite literally cannot wait to be your friend.

Wedding photography is so much more than point-and-shoot, capturing the first kiss and last dance and delivering one hundred photos to you that you may or may not ever look at again.

For me, wedding photography is something that I was meant to do.  

I’ve said this once, and I’ll say it again: I am an adventurous, hopeless romantic who loves photographing my couples during one of their happiest seasons. I recognize the honor and privilege that this is, and sometimes, I cannot believe that this is what I get to spend my days doing.

Let’s talk about the past before we jump into the future (where I am hopefully photographing your wedding.) I photographed my first wedding in 2012. A few hours into that wedding day, I was hooked. I then started an internship with a professional photographer and second shot 30+ weddings for an entire wedding season. Doing so allowed me to build up my portfolio, and I slowly started booking more and more weddings. In 2017, I took a leap of faith and dove into my photography career full-time.

Since then, I’ve photographed hundreds of weddings and traveled the world for weddings, including Italy. It’s not just a job but a part of who I am because I love what I do and the opportunities this career has given me. 

I’m based in Northern Michigan, but I am willing to travel worldwide to capture your love. Now, that may sound cheesy, but it’s the truth. Although I live in one of the most beautiful places on earth (Northern Michigan – look it up), I still love traveling to Kenya, Italy, Ireland, Mexico, and beyond. I think that having an incredibly diverse portfolio of places I’ve shot has made me a better and more adaptable wedding photographer, and that’s precisely what you need on your wedding day.
